Jank Tank: redneck engineering at its finest!
The beginning of this thread is a recap of previous work (and destruction).
It all started with a beer and a pinch of Copenhagen...
CAUTION: there may be some adult stuff in here.

Just ordered some RE 5.5 coils, should be here by Friday, also gotta get started on the basted leaf pack and the front control arms. Might possibly make my own control arms, need to look a little more into it, not sure I trust my fab skills and a little 90 welder that much yet.

THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANOUNCEMENT:
Dont let boogar welders touch load bearing objects!
Apparently the little brother decided it would be a good idea to weld up the control arm bracket. below you can see the weld...or lack thereof.

5.5 RE coils came today. Also went and talked to the guys at Comp 4x4 about their rear tire carrier spindle, and holy bejesus that thing is beefy! Got a tour of their shop as well, definitely some awesome dudes.

After looking around on Pirate 4x4 I went out and got what I hope to be the right in line fuel pump to Run For My Fuel cell. Same psi and gph as stock so hopefully it's good to go. Also looking for the best place to mount my 32 gal Jazz fuel cell. I don't really want to cut into the floor and mount it halfway through, but I do want to run a full size spare in the back....
