I set up a longer than usual long arm system for a smoother ride at speed I was going to build it for ECORS but I just don't have the time for that yet. so I am probably going to have to sell it so I can buy more equipment and build another one later.

This is my high steer set up. I did not want to spring for a tera knuckle but by properly machining The extra spacer for misalignment and then properly welding it later with high silicon wire it will be more than strong enough.

Axle in place. I installed my poly bushing kit and used 95d poly with this. I send out 88 with my kit i sell but I wanted this axle to be extra firm.

This shows my rear mounting of the arms behind the cross member for longer setup. I used a laser cut 5/16 bracket made from 100a steel. These are stronger than 3/8 hot rolled plate.
I used the stock cross member because I would like to go that direction with my long arm kits to provide long arms for a better value.

Note the 3" of thread showing. There is still 3.5 inches of 1.5" thread still in the arm. Also note: no welded tube insert. The arms are threaded internally 6" deep. The tubing is 2" x.281 DOM

Track bar bracket. The cross brace and track bar in powder coat.

Cool build! Love the stuff you make. Will probably be getting a trackbar from Ironman soon and looking forward to how the LA xmember turns out. It fits my long term plans
