Default How do I regain timing in a lost 4.0?

Okay, so I bought a Jeep that idles very rough. Code engine light p1391. Lead me to inspecting timing chain. Got there to the timing chain and the timing tensioner was broken in half along with the timing chain being loose as hell. Turns out the timing on this engine was lost due to a broken timing tensioner and poor maintenance to replace timing chain at regular intervals. Now, my timing is lost.

how do I get everything back to TDC? I thought about removing timing chain and rotating the cam or crank to TDC or something? Idk?? Help pls
