Installed a 60mm bored throttle body tonight. I'm hoping to install a magnaflow cat back exhaust this summer so between the intake, TB, and exhaust it should open up a little better and breathe! Thank you XJwonders for the throttle body!
Well my blinkers worked but would cutout after about 15 blinks, today they finally quit. So if anyone else has this problem here is the part number from autozone! Very easy fix.
Well yesterday after work I installed new front sway bar bushings on the unibody side. Every time I hit a bump I could hear a small metallic noise... Ended up being my sway bar discos making noise from the loose sway bar! As the picture shows, it was definitely time for new ones.
Forgot to post this, about a week ago I installed a pair of AutoPal headlights, and a headlight harness with h4s. (100/55W) I didn't get before and after shot but here's a high/low beam shot.
Well the gas fill door was starting to rust and I've had this black one sitting around for a while.. I decided to throw it on along with a Beat Not Babied sticker, it's certified now!
Today I made some progress on the build, got rid of that 242 and swapped in a 231 with SYE. The install was very straight forward, I just need the wiring for the transfer case dash indicator. Best part is, no vibes at all and drives like a Cadillac!

Nothing too crazy with this build, just a very capable DD, lockers, maybe chromos, gears, I might run 35s down the road... We have a local club I'm joining and want to bring it to trails often. My 95 XJ Is Getting 3/4 ton ford axles(trail only rig) but that's a slow expensive build. lol
Yesterday a buddy and I (93ZJWaggy) took a run to U pull and I got a few sets of 784s, and a t case bezel for my 231 swap. I'll be installing one set of 784s in my 99 and I'll be selling 2 other sets if anyone is interested, they are cleaned and rebuilt.
