this is my first build thread so bare with me. This will be a slow slow build and also a mild build nothing too serious. To start off im a highschool student who bought a 1999 cherokee limited about a year ago with 160,000 miles and currently pushing 171,000 miles. 4.0 engine runs flawlessly. I take her muddin all the time and was interested in making her a project rig so here she is. More pics to come soon!

few plans for this jeep
- 2 to 3 inch lift (for now)
- more agressive tires
-interior/ enterior mods
-more lights
-bumpers

Nice dude. It looks clean. I'm in high school too. I bought my 1991 about 8 months ago. You going to lift it? Any interior modding? and interesting spare tire set up. I've never seen that before.

I'm on a tight budget too. It bites only being able to work part time. Where's the rust on the doors? I've noticed mine coming in right under the handles.

Driving down the road yesturday, my check gauges light came on and my temp gauge skyrocketed abd i pulled over to check it out. Smoke was rolling out of the thermostat housing. The gasket must have a weak spot in it. So i replaced the thermostat and put new gasket on. Also bought radiator flush to flush radiator and found out i have a radiator leak.
