and burned in some 1" .250 wall dom for the RK long arm brackets. opted to not use the smaller dom and spacers that came in the kit..









should be a bit more beefy for not welding on the brackets...

Looks great! When you get the winch in, could you post a pic of how everything clears?

A small stinger would look perfect, IMHO.

i was kinda thinking the same thing about the stinger.. i just picked up a 22" led light so i'll be mounting that in the next couple days and might add a stinger above it..

haha.. i've definitely dropped some coin, but i'm still within my budget i set when i started.. doing all the fab and installation myself definite helps on the bottom line.

Got the rest of the framerails plated up to the bumper brackets.. and finished up the front bumper this weekend as well..





and tried on some 37x13.5's hoping to run this size eventually.... when i get some non terd axles under it..

I'm also interested in how you have the winch mounted to the factory x-member. Picture of that would be great. Looks like the vertical plate part of the bumper butts flat up against the x-member. The factory x-member will be sandwiched between the winch and winch plate on the bumper?

Awesome build so far.

I'm working on the axles at the moment... i'll be mounting the winch in the next couple days and i'll snap some pics of how it goes in..
