Default Full circle build

Hi all my names nick, I'm from Upstate Ny. This is called the full circle build because My first car was a jeep cherokee (1989 fully loaded pioneer sport) that i first learned to offroad with and now i just traded my 1996 acura integra gsr for a 1994 2 door ho with plenty of goodies. I need all kinds of advice, im a mechanic for a living but have been into fast cars and not offroad vehicles but needed a change of pace lol.

known mods- 8" rough country lift
stainless hoses
35" bfgoodrich mudterrain
weld rims
new diff covers
synthetic diff fluid
terraflex550 stearing dampener
new ujoints everywhere
cherrybomb sans cat
4" shackles
lightbar
custom fabbed front and rear bumpers

the part im curious about is my skidplate/ front control arms, who makes it lol?? and which diffs do i have??
also what ideas do you guys have for exhaust i want to put a cat on it.

thanks for stopping in- nick

hi everybody happy valentines day.
i figured out a few things about my jeep and have answers lol, i have rough country long arms and skids from my tranny pan to my back of my trandfer case, unfortunatley i have both dana front and rear 35c diffs. I want to know peoples opinions on what is the most time savy and money savy way to have them be lsd or posi thanks
oh and the recent work ive done to make this jeep a daily driver being that the kid i just got this from let it go to crap under the hood. long story short it had a terrible misfire and was going trough gas at an alarming rate. now the mileage is looking like 18-20 which is doable for my budget lol. Heres what it took to get there
champion coppers- had motorcraft plugs that were all gapped wrong
tps sensor- i measured the output voltage with my meter and had spots of 5.5 volts at half throttle junk
cleaned iac and throttle body- was filthy
4 cans of sea foam, 2 through tank and 2 through the brake booster
map sensor- was reading the wrong values
cut 3" tube of the airbox off and pulled the interior out and put a 3" cone filter on there
703 injectors and new o rings
new high flow cat
new dynomax super turbo muffler and angle cut tailpipe and new hangers
new 180 stat and new coolant- had no stat and no heat lol
an oil change lol
cosmetically i put on a drivers side mirror, rf bezel and corner lense and pigtail
and lastly i put on a horn
pics coming soon

from the brake booster hose to be clear lol, it did seem to help clean up the idle, but i also did a ton of other work, and yes d35 rear and d30 front what do you think i ought to do on the cheap to have better wheeling ability with the diffs?? keep in mind its a daily driver

hard to tell you, to be honest, ive heard a lot of different things about the dana 30. some will run them up to 33's because of their weak shafts.
if the d30 has been regeared for the 35's, id just save up for better shafts and a locker.
but that is me, and to each his own.

i use mine as my daily driver and my work vehicle and im not going any bigger than 31s/32s on the d30 and d35c, but ill regear and spool the front, and limited slip the rear, and throw on some diff guards. thats as fas as i have planned if that helps you a little.

I'd look in local JY's and find a 97+ 8.25 rear at least for the amount of lift and tires on that thing. All JY's are different but a good price for one would be $300 and under I'd say.

what do you mean by spool the front? and mines daily too, you think i ought to sell my tires and get something smaller?? all i really want to do is put lockers in im thinkin, i dont want to have to put a whole new diff / tube etc in the front or rear

A spool is basically a locker that is permanently locked. If on the front, then it only engages with 4wd.
