found out that the 4th cylinder on the brand new motor is shot. called in for the warranty getting a new motor sent to me.. get to swap it all over again yay...

 

man that sucks!!! just drop a hemi in it!!!

 

lol i would love to drop a 350 in it but the bank account dissagrees lol. but the motor is under warrantee its only been in the jeep 3 months now so their gunna send me another one and cover my labor on it so its not so bad

 

That's not a bad deal. I'm stuck between the hemi swap later or stroke the I6. I thought about the 350 swap but I'd like to keep it all mopar

 

yea im not that worried about keepin it mopar as much as functionallity. id go with a 350 just because upgrades and parts are limitless and also carburated just for simplicity

 

350 chevy is your best friend, and your axles worst enemy.

yea ended up gettin cancled. ians clutch on his yj is bout to go out. my motor went kaput evans dad hurt his knee and needs sugery. luck was just not on our side lol. well try to go again another time

lol well i ended up just goin to texas for the weekend with the gf to check out a freinds new house. they have some good trails in behind their house with some pretty knarly obstacles so when i get my jeep fixed ill have to go check that out as well lol

 

honestly dude i was sick today!! i had to work but i went meet up with the jeepers crew before they left for the drive and dine and it was killin me! i wanna go ride SO bad!!! i'm all stock suspension and tires but i just wanna hit a trail or something soon!!!

 

if your looking for a carbed motor get a 258 inline six. direct bolt in

 

thanks for the offer but if i decide to go carbed ima just go big. itll probbly be a stroked 350 when i do it
