I'll let you know how they handle on the street and off road once my baby is back to be driven constantly. But for driving around the yard i like them. I'm going to grab some gas to through in her tomorrow but that's it for tomorrow. I have other things that must be done first.

Started my dash insert. It's coming along. According to that chart I'll be getting 4.56s over the summer.
For future reference don't use a big Bertha drill and 1/2 inch bit on metal that is 110% secured. I took that piece of stainless into my hip bone(literally the bone). So now I have a large deep gash in my left illicit crest and a pretty good cut only lower abdomen above my belt line.

So where' the panel going?

Panel is going where the radio and HVAC controls are. And as far as "playing" I just go to Ocala for the hard rock or ONF.
I'm going to add my radio, OBA pressure gauge, tranny temp gauge, 12v power source, and some other misc parts to that insert. Drilling out pitman arm and knuckles tomorrow and attempting to finish up these E-brakes. Fine tuning my brakes by bleeding them once I can get my buddies help.
I need to pick up some extended breather hoses for both diffs and a headlight relay. Idk why but I feel like she's missing something

Ah - gotcha.... yeah, I know what you mean there. I bought a Pontiac Grand Prix last year as a DD so that I could save a little on gas (kinda stupid to get a GP GT to save gas).... ended up getting rid of the car and was really glad 'cause I was just missing driving the XJ really bad. Hated to see it sitting there.

It'll be on the road by next week as long as I get my driveshaft in. I did find some rust and a hole in my passenger side floorboard. So i'll be using an old street sign and busting out the welder tomorrow. I also obtained some metal plate that i'll be using to weld on as extra recovery points. I still have a fair amount let to do work wise but I'll get her fully drivable ASAP. I'm so ready to get my ZJ seats installed. along with MJ shorty console installed too.

I have a non aluminum one. A magnet sticks to it. Which in my book means I can weld it. But goal tomorrow is to drill out pitman arm & knuckles, finish getting air out the brake lines, drill the appropriate holes in my unibody ties. This list is never ending....

Ohhh yup, you're good then. I know all about never ending lists. I'm thinking about employing field triage color tactic to my to-do list.

That's all that jeepin is about. A custom rig, whether it's lifted like crazy or just modified for comforts.
