Just an update on this thing, the rear A arm ball joint went out on it back in the middle of Decemeber or so... well it started making a clunking noise as I went over bumps. So hopefully thats what it is... anyways Ive got one of those on order for this weekend (hopefully). Im contemplating whether or not I should buy a rear addco sway bar for it as of now. Any thoughts?
Boy do I have a question for you. How's that POR-15 been holding up, has it stopped the rust? I bought some to use in my '98 XJ on some slight surface rust on the driver and passenger floorpan. My plan is to either wire wheel or sandblast the floorboards in the areas where needed and then apply POR-15 then Herucline over that. Add to that the small rust hole I have to pop rivet a new piece of metal over after I cut out the afflicted area. Nice build by the way....

Oh man, Im sorry about the late reply...
yeah the POR15 I painted on is holding up great. Its not chipping either... needless to say, the Herculiner is not. The pressure washer tore that right off on a few months later in some spots... especially the wheel wells.
If anyone knows of some tougher stuff I can use to cover up the POR15, let me know...lol

Just an update. I had a terrible clunk in the rear end. I did the rear A arm ball joint and nothing changed except my wallet lost $30. Soooo I did some research and I just knew it had to be my shocks.
haha it was. I just tightened them down really good after buying all new hardware and its sooo quite and rides really nice.
Im gonna get a OME SS for it soon as well and replace all the fluids.

Thanks for the comment...
And btw. the OME steering stabilizer is on order. I should be in next week sometime. I cant wait. The WJ just requirs a bracket or a longer bolt to make it work. I tried out some stuff and it worked very well, but I had a crappy bolt and broke it. haha I need a stronger bolt.

My 55w IPF series 868 lights are installed. I used this technique for installing them to the bumper. http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums...d.php?t=434003 It works very well.

This is where i hooked everything up. The yellow wire on the bolt at the bottom of the fuse box gives it power, then harness also had two ground wires (i think the other ground was for the LED lights in the switch) which are both fastened to the 2 bolts along the side of the dog house. And i have the other wire tapped into the headlight. Notice im kinda new at automotive wiring...lol
And heres the "mouse style" switch. The switched is going to be mounted on the stearing column. Yes the letters are supposed to be upsidedown because the lights are actually for right hand drive vehicles. lol

The kit also came with 100w bulbs. Whether i will put them in or not the world may never know.lol
