Finally seeing that front axle do some work was quite impressive. I think it's time I copy you and start gathering my funds to do the same swap

Thanks, I've still got a little tweaking left to do. But, they've got more flex than the old short arm setup.

I like this build a lot!

I was planning on a 44 swap w/ extended arms and a joint on the end in a similar fashion to yours. Seeing it done is definitely motivation! Just need to find a cheap donor!

Deleted my leaking heater core valve today.
It broke into lots of pieces when I went to pull the hoses off.

Does anyone know if I ran this right?
Thermo stat goes to the top port of the heater core
Water pump goes to the bottom port of the heater core

EDIT: From Another Forum
The inlet is the bottom hose - runs to top of water pump
the outlet is the top hose - runs to thermostat (bottom of water pump)

Did some research looks like I plumed it up right.

Also, I bumped my Fuel Pressure back up to 40PSI Idle & 48PSI WOT
Really makes a difference with the small amount of work I've done to the engine.

Santa brought me a new CB setup:

Also, finally finished my Steering Stabilizer. Doesn't "need" it but I like the idea of less wear on components.

136 Amp Alt w/ 4Ga Wire & 150A fuse.

Also, started having a little tie rod roll so I made these:

That is a piece of HDPE sandwiched between 2 Bronze Washers. 3/8" Total Thickness.

Lastly I picked up my final 2014 Christmas present from ECGS

Chromoly Rear axle shafts

So that's why you went up to ECGS. When you told me you were I forgot to ask why haha. Gonna have those washers and axles installed by this Saturday?

Unfortunately No, my plan is to pull the rear out in the coming months after Saturdays run and go through it.

The Spacers I hope to have on though. I copied JCRs Design but they didn't fit...
They said you needed a .75 ID , I measured mine and I need .78 so I've got to Bore out the Bronze Washers.
