like I said, I have had my jeep since 2012 when I graduated from college. my grand parents bought the jeep as a gift. 4500 out the door. it had 146000 on it.

I try and do all my own maintenance.
since I bought it I have replaced;
hatch struts
red top battery
new radiator x3
new water pump x3
front u-joints
spark plugs ignition coil x3
new 6.5 kicker speakers front and rear
starter
starter replay
new belt
thermostat x3
I redid my headliner
upper and lower ball joints
front brakes
2 inch BB LIFT-SPACER/AAL/SHOCKS
TIRES
steering box
JCR steering brace
since I bought it I have replaced;

one of the first things i did was fix the saggin headliner.
pieces of trim that i took off
cleaning the headliner
more cleaning
over lap that i did to prevent saggin in the future
cutting the rear speaker holes

than i found some rims. i didnt really know what direction i was going to go with the jeep. but some free rims were making the decision for me
size of the rims
so with these rims i decided to go with a budget lift kit for now

rear add a leaf
half way done. i ran out of time over the weekend, so i had to have a shop do the front of the lift. and i didnt know how to really. haha
LIFT DONE. 225 TIRES still on

maintenance
new red top battery
when i bought the jeep i was having issues with a whistle when driving above 60 mph. so i used a 3m windshield caulk and it worked perfect.
new lift with new rims and tires

Looks good! I like the material used on the headliner, reminds me of speaker box carpeting 
Did your threads just strip out on the cross member? I feel like your only options would be to drill and tap, or drill/tap and helicoil to retain the factory threading.
