alright, looking to replace my whole steering at once. i think it just makes sense doing it all at once.
I going with the zj conversion. 1998 5.2L
If I get my parts from rockauto with MOOG I get it from $217. shipped. But it takes a week to get. if I go to the local part store, Oreillys, get the same moog parts for $360 but theres no waiting for the parts.
if something did happen and i had to replace a part down the road, Oreillys would be easier to get the replacement part. and free with the life time warranty with MOOG
am I being smart about replacing everything all at once?
do i pay more for the life time warranty?
ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME!!

nothing is bad per say, but the jeep has over 200,000 miles so i feel its time for a replacement, and might as well do the zj upgrade.
and as for lift. I am planning on staying where I am at now, since i drive a lil over 500 miles a week for work.

Ah I see. I replaced my tierod at the pitman when it went bad, then my drag link then before my tierods from drag link to driverside went bad I went to lkq and got a zj tierod assembly that is still good after a year of being on my lifted jeep and wheeling it. cost about 38$ for the v8 zj tierod setup at lkq.
