Thanks man!
I installed an conservative VCN 1000, Computerized Nitrous System with the bottle in the trank and the control unit in the ashtray. The computer is connected to the O2 sensor, trottle position sensor, RPM and to the injectors. In case I activate the nos, it will just open the valve if the RPM are above 2500 and the trottle is wide open. When the valve opens, it gives the signal to the injectors, to supply more fuel and it measures with the O2 sensor to not run lean. This is the safes way to use Nitrous on an jeep.
Also I designed the entire engine to take the extra force. I have the 12cw crank, forged piston and connection rods, extra wall to piston clearance and colder spark plugs.
I have nozzles for 25hp-50hp-75hp-100hp and tried all except the 100hp. All good, but in high RPM with the 75 nozzle, it runs lean starting from 4800 RPM, so I stick for the 50 hp nozzle for now.

I suggest you move that nozzle a little farther from that tb. I had my nozzle in that location the first time I put nitrous on a jeep and was having VERY uneven distribution between cylinders. And that can quickly lead to problems.

I found an very nice place for the switch and control unit. In the ashtray, nicely hidden from the "stewards"

Which system did you use? Did your nozzle had the opening at the tipp? My nozzle have the opening at the side and therwith in the center of the TB, spraying down. Never had any issue with the distribution of the nitrous. Ok I have to say I dod not went nuts and never used the 100HP nozzle. Max was the 75HP nozzle.

it is a fuel injector shaped nozzle right? the distance between the TB helps with the Air/n2o mixture, and with a dry system this is pretty important.
without proper mixture, a small 50-75 jet could be realistically spraying a shot similar to 150jet on 1 or 2 of the cylinders.
only way to know for sure is to do a proper plug reading. meaning running fresh plugs and going full throttle through a couple gears while spraying, then immediately shut down the motor as you lift off the throttle and stop spraying. then coast to a stop and pull the plugs.
dont take all this the wrong way, im just putting in my .02 ....i hate seeing peoples hard work get destroyed.

I tested the spark plugs as you mentioned and also I have placed an header with 4 o2 sensores to see any cylinder is runing different mixture. Safe till 75HP then the fuel pump is at her limit.

Thanks man
The trank have been redesigned. 2 reasons. First : the box made of wood was to heavy and secound: no space for the Nitrous bottle
Here the first design:
Then here the seound.
