Put my lift on today. Started around 10am and finished around 7pm. Had a few 10 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. Sitting in 100 degree weather for the entire time really hit us hard with dehydration and heat exhaution. I must've drank 3-4 gallons of water today.

All in all it was about a 7.5-8.5 hour job. My dad was being stubborn and didn't want to listen when I told him we had to take the leaf packs off completely haha. After about an hour of struggling, he told me I was right. The hardest part of the day was just getting the leaf ends lined up on the frame/shackle.

Using the RC 3" AAL kit, I gained a full 3" in the front and 3.5" in the back. My measurements before I lifted (center of cap to fender flare) were 18" in the front and 17" in the back. Now it's a smidgin over 21" in the front and 20.5" in the rear.

No driveline vibes, tested all the way up to 75mph on the highway! So stoked about that. I'll get pics in the morning. My phone's camera sucks during the evening/night, so I didn't get many good ones tonight. Right now it's sitting on 225/75/R15s. I'm just waiting for Discount Tire to call me on Monday or Tuesday saying my wheels shipped in, and that I can go get everything installed!

Haha, trust me, i'm dying to get some pics to show it off! They'll be up here early in the morning

We didn't have any broken bolts, and nothing too ridiculously rusted. The very last big bolt we got to (leaf-to-shackle bolt) would not budge at all. I was basically standing on the breaker bar and still nothing! We managed to rig up a 4x4 piece of wood on top of the hydraulic jack to break it...finally gave in I'm by no means a problem solver when it comes to stuff like that. I would've been completely lost without my dad for 75% of the lift.

Wow, pics actually took longer to get than I imagined. The past few days have been so ridiculously sunny that my camera phone just caught glare every time I tried to take pictures. Here's a few that I managed to salvage

All of the pics are in my driveway, which is clearly an incline. Front is still measuring 21.25" and the rear is measuring 20.5"

Still waiting on Discount Tire to get my wheels shipped in...I'm kind of ticked that I already dropped $1,050 on the wheels and tires and I am still rolling around on these stockers and 225/75/15s. They told me it would be Monday or Tuesday, but it's almost 5pm on Tuesday and still they don't have them.

Thanks man It's crazy to look back at the pics of what I started with. The paint really makes a few dents stick out, but they're i'm pretty certain once I pop the door panel off, they could be tapped out really easily.

Gotta paint it again in October so i'm making certain I get all of those spots worked out!

Man my phone takes good pictures in indirect sunlight!

What psi are you guys running on your 31 BFG ATs? I've read around and I think a good safe zone is 30-33psi, just depending on how even the tread looks on the ground.

The front driver tire is rubbing on the back side of the fender flare when turning on hills or at lock, gonna tear that little piece off tomorrow. Other than that, everything feels great!

I've got to get an alignment this weekend, but other than that, no issues.

Next mods: Roof rack, 35%/25% window tint, and spray the wheel wells black.

No particular order.

Night and day, huh? Thanks!

If anyone wants to recommend a rack and lights I would appreciate it! Looking for 4 roof lights to mount onto a rack similar to the Rage 60" ones. I know they got discontinued, but that's my favorite style of rack. Lights that are easy to install are preferable. I have almost no electrical experience besides stereo and speakers, but hey, gotta start somewhere!

to be honest if you installed a speaker, lights are the same, its all about the hot wire and the grounds. simple!

The part that scares me is having to get cables from the roof to inside the cab to the battery. I don't know where the wiring paths and stuff are. I'm sure my dad could help, but I'm the kind of person who likes to know WHY stuff is working, not just whether it's working or not. I'm sure everyone here is like that haha
