Love comparing it to the stock Jeep lol. I'm having a problem with the torque converter I think. When it's cold (and I mean -30 or lower) it becomes reluctant to kick down. Driving at 50mph and the rpm is at 2700. If I leave it in the garage overnight it's fine.
Anyway, got the axle shift fixed!
Researching cut and fold options from JCR. As you can see, the bottoms of the rear quarter panels have seen better days haha.

I lucked out and got free shipping over Christmas. Customs was 20 bucks I think. Otherwise shipping was 80 bucks. As far as I know there are no retailers of IRO products. It's was worth it though!

Holy crap, I'm back in business. Lost my licence in April for health reasons, just got it back mid July, so I have a lot of work to do.
First thing, fix two injector seals pissing fuel at the rail. I don't think it was too pleased that it sat for three months.

Second, replace battery - again. Tested at 220 CCA, toast.
Third, switch out sending unit so my fuel gauge doesn't read backwards.
Fourth, upgrade door speakers to 6 1/2" with some slight mods.

Upcoming plans:
Just picked up the Taurus fan
703 Injectors
STILL haven't done the SYE. Need to do that soon.
Front bumper!
New floor pans for front driver/pass

Updates!
Thanks to the wonderful people at JCR, my bumper is on order
Researching winch options...
Floor pans are here, lifted up the carpet and the passenger side is in better shape than I thought. Driver side...not so much. The signs of cold weather are here and I want to get this done soon.
I have an ongoing headlight issue that needs fixing, as our daylight hours are getting shorter.
ALSO, ordered some 703 injectors
I've been deprived of my Jeep way too long, I'm diving right in lol
Much much more on the way...

Finally getting things rolling!
Did the Taurus fan swap last weekend - definitely worth all the work that goes into it. Took my time with the wiring and it works great. Enjoying the smoother idle, and low speed is plenty for daily driving. That clutch fan mount was a huge pain in the *** to get off.
Have my new passenger side floor pans, waiting for the drivers side to ship
Got my winch bumper from JCR! Started working on the tie in brackets today, started prepping the metal and got some primer coats on. Very pleased with the service, price and working with shipping to Canada.
Will have it together and posted shortly

List of updates here...
Bilstein Shocks are in, ride great. I didn't accommodate for the loss in uptravel with the bar pin eliminators and eye to loop conversion. Only sitting with about 4" of uptravel at the moment, trying to find some alternative options.

Snapped my lower control arm mount while driving home. Put in a ****ty dana35 with screwed gears on it and have been just running it in 2WD without axle shafts (but with hub bearing & nub!) Sucks without 4WD.

Ordered some new control arm mounts from IRO that are much beefier and weld to the stock location on diff. Also considering regearing and rebuilding/painting before putting the original diff back in.

Front winch bumper is out getting welded still. Floors are going in this weekend hopefully.
Since I can't use it as a daily driver right now with winter here, I went and bought a 08 Grand Cherokee with 75,000kms on it and in great shape. Has the 3.7L 6 cyl.
So that's it for now, hoping to work on it as much as I can!
