Finally got the tailbone installed & lookin SWEET!!!

List of crap to do before moab (may 27th);
-build sliders (starting today!)
-relocate my rear lower shock mounts
-cut & beat a section of a F150 bumper, tell it looks like a Tcase skid lol
-bleed my brakes
-hook up a toggle switch to my coolant fan

Ya I have my work cut out for me!
Hurry up, and Good luck! I need to do that fan switch mod too.

Oh & for the record the sliders can take anything I wanna toss at them! Took the highlift test with ease...

Drivers side- 8 bolts to the frame + 8 to the pinch weld seam
Passenger side- 11 to the frame + 8 to the pinch weld seam

Thanks I thought about putting 3 legs to the frame, but it woulda been more work than it was worth! I figured if i built it with 2 then felt it needed more suport I woulda made the 3rd leg...

Looking good! Sure wish I could make the Moab trip. We'll have to try to put together a run towards the end of June.

Thanks the tire carrier is made buy a dude named mark at detoursusa.com & the system is called the tailbone! It is one of the most beefy systems out there even though it keeps the stock look, it is anything but!
