Default building the 91'

ok guys i figure wut im gonna do is build my 91 since its in the garge and not running, and replace the tranny in the other jeep so the ol lady has somehting to drive.
so heres the build list:
  • bastard lift+ spacers= should net four inches of lift
  • chop back half off
  • custom rear tube fenders to increace clearance
  • flip tank into cab to increace clearance
  • trim front fenders for max clearence, tube fenders
  • custom tube doors, all four
  • custom frnt and rear bumpers with hitches for winch
  • custom tube roll cage
  • custom dash and seats with 5 point belts
  • get the 4.0 running
  • 231 swap with sye
  • tom woods drive shafts
  • dana 44 front and 9 inch rear, full width
  • custom under body protection
  • custom rock sliders
  • custom shorty exhaust
  • will 35's fit?
  • a few custom mounted lights
  • dual battery set up
  • upgrade alt.
i think that sounds right lol, if i should do anything else let me know, i'll add pics of how it is now soon, maybe tommorrow. thx guys

ok boys heres wut we start with, a 91 xj loredo with a rebuilt engine and trans, and 242 tc, stock hight


and here you can see alot of rust, a lil frnt end damage
the interior is actually the best ive seen of a vehichle this rusty


but i have a question, wut rear is this?

it isnt gonna be fast process, i work alot now so, i'll post pics of stuff when it getsdone, im also thinking about after chopping the back off, i might leagthen the body and move the wheel well back to give a better exit angle.

ok, so pulled off that bottom trim, and it ripped half the front door off lol, but its another step in the process, looks like i'll need the drivers door, passenger, and driver rear doors, and both frnt fenders.

its now in the garage on jack stands, gonna replace the cps and put the drive shafts in and put fluid in the transfer case and try to get it driving before it gets tore down

got the rear bumper off finally. ok so to leagnthen out the body and frame, im gonna find a junk two door, and use from half the door back and weld it up at half the rear door to give more of a bed and storage, sound like a good idea?

ok, so i got a new mig welder today, now just waiting on some steel to get the rock sliders made and the front and real bumper mde, ok so i here some rock sliders smashinto the body still, how would this be prevented?
