Thx Dennis. Trying to find an oem tstat. Local dealer said $35!!! I told him to "take a shower ya hippie". I think an oem stat may help with the bouncy guage. Any suggestions? Quadratech have OEM? Is this what i would get at ld?

Anywho-the shop i had steering fixed was just a tire shop. But they do almost everyhing.

Replaced u joints in rear driveshaft today. Took ds out, started to press u joint out, snapped my c clamp. Took it to my buddys garage and he pressed them out for me. I aint feelin togood anyway. I will do it myself nxt time dennis! 
Still having issue w either temp guage, tstat, guage temp sending unit? Changed tstat out to one i had last time. Still reading a lil warm. 220-230 ish maybe. Constant. Its not bouncing like it was with last tstat. I am using stants sooooo..... It used to hover around 210. I aint hearing my clutch fan (new) either (ambient temp may not be high enough). Still wonder if guage temp sending unit (new) may be funky. I dunno. Any ideas?

Oldest boy has strep. No wheelin tomrw. 
But maybe i will have time to put in new temp guage. Bought a mechanical one from az.
Solved the tstat prob. The one i had was faulty. Seemed to either be open, or closed. No regulation in between. Put an old one i had back in it. Stays steady now. Its reading low, but steady. Gonna put new guage in soon. See if that helps.
