finally I have a update. I have all the pieces needed to assemble the lift a I have warrior products 3in sway bar links, IRO track bar, 3in zone lift and extended Rough Country brake lines. does anyone know a good method for me to get better gas mileage on a 4.0 I6 at the moment im getting 15 MPG. I figured this out by putting $20 in my tanks tripping my odometer and I get 90 to 100 miles before my light turns on. I mainly do a lot of city travel between school work and home. also we got about 2 feet of snow and im playing in it =p

Better mpg mainly relies on either regearing if you have big tires which you don't and isn't cost effective, or replacing some sensors. Your upstream o2 sensor usually fades over time giving you poor mpg, as well as cleaning your throttle body, replacing IAC, and checking your throttle kickdown cable (I forget the name for this). Also run decent tire pressure, keep good fluids in your trans, engine, t-case, and differentials to kill off any excess friction.

yesterday 12/19 was the lift update as promised the front went perfectly besides my aged rubber bump stops crumbling away in the front. was very easy. no hiccups at all.
we moved to the back we first tried to take out the front leaf spring bolt what a major PITA lift operations ground to a hault when we couldn't get that off. we took it 18 miles to Carbondale to my dad's friends muffler shop and we put it on a lift to pound it with the 14k impact hammer, breaker bar. still nothing. Sunday we are just going to cut it on and melt the bushing and try and get that nut unstuck.
the shackles weren't too bad there spinning but I didn't have a ratchet on the other end.
I have new bolts for my upper shock mounts the bottom shock mount came with no hiccup not too bad. the look on peoples faces driving the front lifted jeep in Carbondale =p

well we finally got the rear of the suspension put in after 10 hours of work or so. we had to put the leaf off and chop the bolts and punch out the welt nut. we then cut a little pocket on the mushroom on the unibody and put new nuts and bolts up in there. next we installed the extended rear brake line. the axle distributer block went fine but when we tried to get it removed from the hard line it shredded. so we replace a foot of hardline and merged the two hardlines with a gator gripper. so my rear still needs to be bled and everything im going to take it easy today. tomorrow il have pictures up on the thread

we also replace a 1ft section of hardline on the rear and gator gripped them together. does anyone by chance know stock high measurements so I can figure out how much I gained. also I don't have any ds shake. but I do have some grinding from 1-25 but my drums may be out of line. atm im going back and forth to work with 1 rear shock and leafs. is a 90 degree shackle angle correct for new springs?
