Default the black pearl

So i just turned 16 a few months ago and being in high school, its been tough getting the cash to build it up. my parents dont really want me to lift it but im working on it. so far its got a dyno max super turbo cat back exhaust on it, a system with a pioneer head unit, 2 old pioner tens, a high fonics 1000 watt mono amp, and a custom ported box. plans for the future include, a hitch for rear recover point, hooks or a new front bumper for the front, uni body stiffeners, 2 inch BB, 31 inch tires, and some bushwacker flat fender flares.
currently im on 235's and 154k miles. its a 2000 jeep cherokee sport. the only wheeling trip ive been on is a day trip to gorman right before the grapevine, it was fun in the snow. right now im only getting 230 miles per tank, but i run it till empty, and i only fill up with 17 gallons which would be about 13.5 mpg so i think its time for a tune up. im thinking new oil, and plugs wires and cap and rotor should help those mpgs, plus an intake to go with the exhaust.
my pic uploads keep failing but im going to get em up soon

any opinions with a 2 inch BB probably 1 3/4 or 2 inch coil spacers and mj shackles or aftermarket shackles in the rear and 31 inch tires? being that my car is black, i would need to get fender flares if i cut the fenders cus otherwise it would look awful.

been a while since ive updated.
some new things on the jeep include
-surco roof rack that i picked up off craigslist with some old confer gutter mounts
-a cheap harbor freight shovel mounted to the surco using two you bolts and some pipe insulator to absorb vibrations (great less than $4 way to mount)
-harbor freight ooga horn for laughs
-two hella 500s on the font bumper
coming soon include 4 harbor freight 55watt offroad lights and a light bar, im going to wire them to two relays and two separate switches. i have two 30 amp pro comp relays that should easily handle the 110watts of lights. my question is will 14 gauge wire be able to handle the two lights(55 watts each, 110watts total) because i am going to run the wire through the rear hatch to avoid drilling a hole which means i will have a ton of wire at least like 20 feet which makes me worry about the 14 gauge?
if this is too long for the 14 gauge to handle, i might try to run them through the door somehow.
any ideas or advice is apreciated, i defiantly want to avoid and electrical fire
