Bell housing still leaking HELP

Bell housing still leaking HELP
Put new transfere case in, new seal in the front and trans is leaking still at the bell housing and the gears are slipping alittle here and there. Getting reay to pull tran again I need suggestions anyone have any so frustrating.....I have put so uch work in to my jeep grand cherokee larado 2003 in the last two months which is the duration of which I have owned it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
