Man hours I wouldn't have any clue, I was in and out with other projects too. And money...maybe $3000 for new parts/materials.
I braced EVERYTHING when I cut it. My nightmare was none of the body lines lining up and the doors never opening again. I went from corner to corner roof to floor at all the pillars and across the middle...I will try to find pics of the brace job (hahaha brace job...its like highschool all over again

thumbs up. you sound alot like me, constantly having too many projects going at once lol. Everytime I try to work on the jeep something else comes up.
I'm sure you know about it being in the bagged world, but alot of people are putting in titanium steel skids , because when they drag, it throws white sparks vs orange. (im pretty sure it was titanium) which i think is bad ***.

Ahhhhh yeah. Draggin' titanium is pretty sick. But, I have a strict policy on how I see draggin' and that is that blocks are for fairies. If you're gonna drag, drag frame like a boss!

its awesome that this project is so close to me, lol. But i seriously love this i was HUGE into mini-trucks a few years back, never even thought of a cherokee, amazing work.

I did come cleaning, and rolled the Troll out into the driveway for some aired up pics.



I know alot of you probably think this looks goofy lol...but thats the only drawback to a doored truck, is the way it looks from the side at lift.

This is 150 psi.

12" from ground to lifted. Door bottoms lay on the ground when laid out.

These are the complete front floor boards and tranny tunnel I fabbed up.


And they mocked in place. Welding them in after I am sure everything underneath is run.
I ran my front air line, brake line, fuel lines tonight.
I have very little room for my dump valves...so I will have to get creative. I wanted them pointing out the front wheel wells to have the loudest "pssssssshhhhhhh" dump possible, but that doesn't look probable.
And most importantly...a clean shop is a happy shop.

I have an XJ specific question for you guys.
Whats the deal with your "cut and fold" fender cutting? Is that to clear bigger tires or to eliminate the flares? I am thinking of fender options for me, but I don't want to take much material off because I love to tuck those lugs!
How much do you fold away?

I will be mounting the dumps remotely near the rear wheels.
