Yeah! No_rdplz here is one of the admins of the blog as well. Glad to have found you here! Thanks for looking through the build thread as well. I'm nothing crazy but I've got a lot of love for the XJ and Jeeps in general.

Got to finally spend a little bit of time on the Battle Wagon. I cleaned up the throttle body and IAC.

You can check out a few other things I and others have done at Here at The XJ Guys.

Subscribed. Funny stuff is @ about 3 minutes into the first Hurricane Sandy video you cross into my neighborhood, and the pictures of the XJ's in the garage look like they're from the overflow lot at my old job.

I've got a customer of mine who wants to do some welding for me. So I'm starting to draw up ideas of a roof rack and a rear bumper.

These are obviously just rough sketches to get started, and but I'm excited about the prospect of having some custom built things for the Battle Wagon.

Be sure to incorporate the rear bumper running into the frame rails with the hitch being built into the bumper. I would highly suggest making the "runners" have the buts welded to them so that install/removal/future gas tank skid can be done easily.
