Had a great time at the 3rd annual Cherokee Forum Corolla run. Got to hang with some great people, and it was a beautiful day at the beach.

Hey RED82-
I'm moving back to VA when I get out of the army, currently stationed in Hawaii. Its where my wife is from and she wants to be close to family and all. So where in VA are you from? Im gonna be heading to Louisa. Now the big question I have is what are the laws over there with lifts, fender flares, anything that could make me fail the inspection. BTW you have an awesome build going on, we should link up when I get myself and my Heep back there. I have a build going on to check it out.

Thanks bro! I'm in Virginia Beach. We try and do a CF run to Corolla NC every year to hang out on the beach and drive on the beach. You don't technically need flares from what I understand. But if your tires stick out either two or three inches you technically need a side marker light above it. You can go doorless as long as you have a driver's side mirror and your mirror on the.windshield. there are certain height restrictions but I haven't them enforced. Thanks for your service!

Correction: 95+ XJ's will accept any ZJ/WJ front seats by simply swapping the rails. Any year XJ can have the rear 60/40 ZJ seats put in with a fair amount of modification to the seats.
