The front axle is probably a Dana 30 and the rear could either be a Dana 35 or Chrysler 8.25" (stronger of the 2). That is if they weren't replaced with other axles by a previous owner

That's a Chrysler 8.25. Pretty strong axle. Yes, it's leaking. Easy to fix. Take the diff cover off scrape and all the old gaskets or RTV off. While it's open take a look and see if you have metal shavings in the fluid and also look and see how the gears look. After it's all cleaned up add some RTV and seal it back up. Around each bolt hole and a straight line in between. I waited 24 hours until we filled it back up. Voila, no leaks for me!

Haha, for how flat your leafs are, I would "spring" (no pun intended) for full leaf packs instead of the add a leaf bro! The AAL won't do much with leafs that flat. I thinks it's about $200 extra, but you won't regret it!
