Tough day. Some ******** knifed one of my tires last night so I called Discount Tire and they are replacing it.
Soaked the pitman nut most of the week and that came off fairly easy this morning. Now it appears that it will take a few days to get the arm to budge.
Used the down time today to install new injectors and a 63mm throttle body. Here's some pic's of the process

I have been using this one I rented from AZ and when I crank it down one arm slips off.

I haven't had a chance to fire it up. I still need to run my steering lines and connect the steering wheel. But that stuff should go pretty quick once the old arm is off. Even if all goes well I have to wait to mid week to receive my tire.

Thanks for the advice all. I found a deal on amazon for a Milwaukee cordless impact wrench with great reviews and the OTC Cone pitman puller. Should be here with my tire mid week.

Not a great person to ask since I have yet to get the kit dialed in on my Jeep. I'll admit I am new to all this and took a few wrong turns which have made resolving my issues take longer than they should have.

Came to the realization last night that the jack and jack stands I have aren't going to reach the frame Took a trip down to Iron Pig this morning and solved that problem. 
With the correct Pitman Arm puller and my new torque wrench. I made short work of that stuck arm. Two trigger pulls and it came right off. ****in sweet. Now with the old arm off I could get to running the lines and putting it all back together and finally finish the Durango steering box install.
After the steering was back together and fluid was added I fired it up for the first time with the new throttle body and injectors. Ran a little rough at first but smoothed out after the fifth start. Has a good growl to it now when you hit the gas.
Didn't get to the shackles today.
I'll have the new tire back tonight, it will be nice to have it mobile again.

Troubleshooting the handling issues round 9: I finally bit the bullet and bought parts to replace the existing ball joints, hubs, rotors and pads.
Here's what i went with:
Synergy d30/d44 Ball Joints
Moog Hubs
DBA 4000 Slotted Rotors
Hawk LTS Pads
