Took a break from the cage after welding the top and decided to tackle some interior issues. The passenger window wouldn’t roll up, driver door speaker didn’t work, power mirrors wouldn’t move. Turned out many of the wires in the driver door jam had become brittle and snapped. I repaired all of the driver door wires and put new door locks, windows motors, door lock actuators and detent arms.
Now I’m ready to tackle the rest of the cage. First I removed the drip rails and roof rack. I’ll be repainting the a pillars, roof and quarter panels as a work on the cage.
