Where did I say it was gonna still have cut fenders? Oh yeah no where. The rear were never cut, they just need flares back on them. The front is getting new fenders with stock flares put back on. Its gonna be returned to stock form but it gonna still have the roof rack on it.

Guys this build is going back live in the next few weeks! My sister got tired of my jeep, so I'm buying it back. Get ready for a new jeep! I'm going to do things alot different too. Different lift, different wheels and tires, legit snorkel, bumpers, etc. Got money in the bank waiting to get blown!

6.5" and 35s

The red xj is basically bone stock right now. Swapped it to stock before giving it to my sister. Getting it back from my sister soon though, and going to rebuild it. Long arm lift, tires undecided, ford 9 and 44, 4.5L stroker, etc, etc.

The chopped xj is sold.

thats sweet, i liked the look of the red a lot, how were the 35s on the stock axles? you didn't do axle shafts or anything did you?

No it had the HP Dana 30 front and Chrysler 8.25 rear. Both were bone stock with no modifications done. It didn't give me any issues on the street or when I played offroad with it some. Never wheeled it hard though so I can't say just how strong the setup was.

hmm, good to know, i will be in the same situation when i lift my cherokee and get some 35s under it, my axles will be stock for a little until i can get more money to beef them up. Im stuck between the bfgoodrich km2s or the ATs that you have.

I like the ATs but they dont grab rocks good at all when they get muddy, and they don't clean out as good as the KM2s. I'm not sure what tire I'm going to run yet once I relift the jeep.
