99 SPORT BUILD; do i need a throttle body spacer?

I just started this build, im installing a rough country 4.5 inch lift with 32 inch tires 11x5s. should i put a throttle body spacer to try and improve some power?

I did the k&n cold air intake and hypertech III chip ($100 on craigslist) and noticed quicker response. I'm happy.
