Spent 5 hours yesterday putting in new seals for the front axle. Wouldn't normally take that long but the drivers side just didn't want to go in straight. All I can say is...pain in the butt!

Thanks for the compliment! It's been a slow 4 years with a little happening here, and then a little more there, but I think I'd rather it be like that than all at once.

I agree, half the fun is actually building them when they are build and there its nothing left, boredom kicks in lol jk then its play time which is usually followed by fixing something haha

Well, the passenger axle seal is still leaking, so I get to tear into it all over again. Yay.
On another note, swapped rear seats with Red82 so he now has the ZJ 60/40 rear seat set up and I'm back to the standard XJ bench. Why get rid of the 60/40?
1. I like simplicity and the bench is simpler.
2. A friend wanted the 60/40 and I could help him get it for free by swapping with him
3. I never utilized the 60/40 as much as I thought I would. I always ended up folding down both sections, so the bench just makes more sense for me.

That blows about the seal, it may be worth trying to find the tool used to seat the seals. When I did both of mine, I got to borrow the dealership tool, its a nifty little thing. Presses them both in at the same time using two creseant wrenches, worked perfect for me.
