Reamed the stock knuckles out had to cut the jcr steering was way to long??????? Am i only one with jcr fitment problems made it work perfect no big deal. Had to grind a lot due to track bar mount and stock steering stabilizer mount and i trimmed a hair off the coil buckets. angles arent perfect will address it later.

Also just a note every one makes a big deal out of the reaming both knucles and the pitman arm took maybe 20 min with me constantly checking them as i have never done this before was very easy. the reamer i ordered through jcr worked very well and has stood up to about 4 trucks fter this job and is still good as off now. we used it on 2 broncos. one ton swaped yj and my other friend is borrowing it for his bronco and jeep.

Then i picked up defaced coils and leaf springs from li_xj

I put the deavers in during one of the last dustings of snow i rushed dont really have any pics. front deaver coils got put in then the eaver leafs and rubicon express shackles i had to ream out the plates for the Bigge bolts in the leafs took a little while with a carbide bit. then i had to play with the shackle angle in my relocators was a little a pita with boomerang shackles kinda just had to test it each time. then i still needed clearence for the shackle to swing so i cut part of the back crossmember mostly just a notch in it was enough. went to bed after it was like 12.

Next morning went out to a little woods spot their was a bit of snow on the ground made for a real good pic. i personally love the way it sits however their is a little bit of sag after i set the shackle angle to were it operated best for me i may cut down lift block to about a half inch just to make it perfectly level and to add a bit for when i have alot of stuff in the back as these leafs are very soft.

Default Shocks!

Waited a month for my custom ordered 7100s used rock crawler mounts with them even though i am going to make my own didnt like the lowers they dont measure to rock crawlers specs and im loosing a bit of travel up travel due to this not much to matter tho.
Heres them new next to the new intake for my car aswell that has to get port matched. i ordered from shock warehouse good customer service and they kept me up to date on the whole entire process.

Here is some flex photos one mall crawling and one of a local trail thats cut out by me. These are with the coil seated the suspension has more to go but their is no point if their is no preasure on the coil next is limit straps after rausch hopefully and ditch the 5150's for new rear shocks.

Yea it rides pretty nice im loving it flexed real good and honestly no need for a sway bar but i still might go anti rock upfront. Rides real good i have to make new mounts in the back gonna try and get more travel out of the shocks and then order something nicer for the back probably another set of 7100s or maybe ill just go cheap with 5165s. 7100s i can get in a custom rate with adjustable shims etc.

Had about 40 people watchign me as i crawled one of the bigger obsticles on the comp course that is directly behind the building that u pay admission to that i definatly shouldnt have been on let alone open open. suprised i made it up and down without getting stuck. thanks to some good spotters. to bad no pics of it i grabed oen from a snapchat thats blurry

some from yellow jacket this took me about 10 min stuck bettween the ledge i was pumping it and throttling down back and forth for 10 minutes i was wedged on both rockers but finnaly got out on my own just needed more skinny pedal. you can see the riddler get used alot.
