Looks good man... sorry I did not get back to ya I have not been on the forum for awhile...
I love my IRO lift... It has almost 130,000 miles on it and have not had a problem at all. I don't even have any squeaks or anything yet... Flex is good, the ride is good (with some decent shocks). The only complaint I had was I kept breaking the brake lines but they fixed that awhile back... they used to come just braided now they are still braided but coated in rubber... I have no popped one of the new ones yet. Jeep looks great! Hurry up and put it together

ya i know, it's taking a long time and the wife wants it out of the garage for her car which is normally in there. I told her that all i needed was one weekend by myself in there without the kids and it would be done but she hasn't taken the bait yet. hahaha

Got some more stuff done on the jeep this weekend. I got the driver side fender flare installed and all the front suspension under it. JKS quicker disconnects installed and prepared the new drag link and tie rod for install. The kit was sent with only (1) 3/4"-16 jam nut though so I have to go to the hardware store and get another one cuz it needs 2. Dont feel like waiting for iron rock to send me another one.
Having some issues rotating the pinion to set caster. It seems as though it's binding on something but i'll have to look into it a little further. It might clear up when i get the weight of the vehichle on it.
A few pics of the progress:

got the rear end in this weekend along with the rear fender flares. Ran into an issue with the iron rock hack n tap slip yoke eliminator though. I followed the instructions to perfection and slid the new yoke onto the output shaft and the supplied nut they give me to bolt the yoke on dosn't even touch the output shaft inside.
Gotta give them a call and see if they can tell me where i messed up.

well, finished her off this weekend. Took it down to the alignment shop and got it all straightened out. I put a hack n tap slip yoke eliminator and refurbished front cherokee driveshaft in the rear and i still had some heavy vibes at freeway speeds yesterday. I dont know what to do now but at low speed it's great. I need to call iron rock and see what they say. Here are some pics of the finished prduct(before i washed it so its kinda dirty)
