You need to use the 99 Durango Box without the snow plow feature. It has exact same bolt pattern as the XJ box, but it is a bit beefier.

Sounds good, keep it up!

Okay so just Tie Rod you paid $50 I see its $79 normal price. I'll look into that wouldn't hurt to upgrade some things once I get a few other items sorted out. Added to the list!

Here is a comparison picture of how the Jeep is currently sitting vs how it will sit with the new springs. As of right now, it has Rubicon Express 3.5” coils up front, with a Rough Country 3” full leaf pack (11 months old).

I stuck the Hi-Lift jack into the hitch and jacked it up about 2 clicks. This is more or less where the Rubicon Express 3.5” full leaf pack will sit once it arrives Friday.

Jacked up 2 clicks

How the Jeep is sitting right now

Maiden voyage done today! No major flaws at all. Also mounted a fire extinguisher in the rear cubby hole

Jeep is coming along nicely, and the V2's will look great.

Got around to installing the new rear 3.5” RE leaf packs. At first it was much higher than I anticipated, but after the last 2 weeks it has settled nicely. Happy with the stance for now. I also installed the IRO and Moog tie rod ends which tightened up the steering slightly.

Looks great! Jealous of that nice dry weather to play in.

What area/ trail is this? I'm down in Tucson and looking for some easy/ open trails to stretch out my new (to me) Jeep.

This was at Bulldog Canyon OHV area. It is a relatively easy trail and has some nice views. You do need a permit to enter the gate (permit is free)

What Led pods did you use for the front bumper? I really like that look of them integrated in like that.

Thanks - they are LED flush mount cubes. I just made cutouts in the stock steel bumper with a cutoff wheel. I wasn’t sure if it was going to work well originally, so I bought a pair of cheapish Nilights (
Amazon Amazon
). I’m pleased with how they work, so I’m hoping to replace them with some higher end lights soon.
