Well I know nothing about the injectors is it possible something is not sending signal to those 1-3? I know you did a test and they worked on their own but obviously something is not sensing signal from vehicle. Sorry I know I'm probably pointing out the obvious and what you already know. I'm just trying to help understand so maybe I could come to a idea.

Like on my Diesel truck you have a FICM fuel injector control module and if that goes bad you will mess up injectors or they won't work properly.

I will be building a noid light tomorrow to check to see if power is getting to the injector harness properly.

Alright did some more testing...

I should note... my CEL light is on and will not go off... solid.

Checked for pulse and voltage at injectors and that is fine
  1. Checked with small bulb and saw it pulsing
  2. Checked voltage with multi-meter and getting 14v at the injectors

I then replaced all the injectors and no change in behavior

Then I probed from injectors to white connector @ PCM and all were fine and even shook and jiggled the wires but same thing.

I'm really concerned about the CEL being solid and not going off through any of this.
