Just got this in a trade deal for my beloved XJ..

'96 ZJ Limited
V8
5 -4.5" lift
3.73 gears
Limited slip rear
31" Old MTRs on 16x7 soft 8's
Color matched ARB
Only 128K on it..

Needs a little TLC and a headliner

Do have plans for spring though..

I so hate the plastic cladding on the ZJs.. So it was the first thing to change..

Man have I been reading on ZJ builds again..


I can't lock in weather I want to run 31's and drop it down to 3.5" lift

OR

run 33's leave current height and do a home brew long arm to it

OR

Home brew long arm, 33's drop down to 3.5" lift and add Notch Cut-out flares(Former Iceland offroad flares)




This will be a family adventure rig that I have plans to do long trips and even some out west travails. That will include, my wife, 2 kids and our dog. And with all that it also must do lite to mild trails. It how ever won't need to be a DD as we have a second car now..

Well fixed the few little rust spots and added a bit of bedliner..

You need one of those emblems off a Dodge truck with the pick and shovel.. add to the "Prospector" theme. I'll keep my eyes open.
