Nahh, i did mine in the driveway, ge just wants to be a copycat

 

And I'm not aloud to take my jeep in the garage any more... I stained the floor and its a half inch clearing the roof...

 

Day 2
Remove the header panal and label everything you will be removing, take your time, and yes its boring....

 

All new! Woot!

 

 

Day 3 everything off the top lable everthing, remove fuel rail, dis cap, valve cover, rockers and rods, power steering, ac compreasure, then intake, out take

 

Pulled the head and... 2" of sluge, joking? Sadly not...




So I cleaned it off with the water hose, (after 2 hours of hand cleaning) if you want to be mad about me using water, come over, pull it and hand clean it!
Plus I used rubbing alcohol to evaporate the h2O afterwards

 

Good luck man, just make sure that thing is completely dry befor you put it back together!

 

Well we got rained out for the night and covered the block with foil, then with a hot tub cover? Any hoo starting again in the morning to clean the block out and start puting it back btw the old gasket wasn't broken but was not sealed to the head? Odd but oil in coolent and vice versa.... To day 4....

well it'll back running soon and im quite happy about it really i miss my baby

but to sum it all up so far, its... well... FUN i like taking my 4.0 apart and would do it again!

also a frog sneaked into my room, odd
