Default '96 XJ (Green Monstah)

well the name comes from my love of the Boston Red Sox

anyways.....just a few pics and something to get going here.

I started with my XJ in June of 2010. it has been in the family from day 1, got its first mods in 2010.

I went with the 3" RC lift. big mistake...as soon as the wheels hit the ground I wanted more. 3" lift with 30" Mickey Thompsons and MT Classic II's

So a couple months later I ordered the parts needed to go to 4.5" lift, got out the grinder and cut the fenders, and put on some 33" Baja Claws.

recently I replaced the rear leafs and it now sits nice n level

and then yesterday installed the bushwakers so i can get legal. dont need a ticket. LOL

more intro pics:

anyways....its my heep and I like it. 2011 mods call for 4.56's and lockers.
first up is new 33's.

they are 255/85/16s pn TL28398000
for the creepy crawlers

as for KM2s I haven't run a better tire on the rocks. they grip very well though if your a mud guy they are not as good as they used to be. They are now a true baby krawler for the rocks

my rims are 15"

Id like to find a good all around tire...but each tire will lack in one catagory or another.

WOW..been a while since I updated this thing.

lets see.....
I have broken a couple D30 shafts...and now have GOOD shafts on the way.

because of this:

I am on my third OEM track bar and now on the hunt for a good one at a deal. LOL

I installed the ARB Bumper

my 34" LTB's

I installed a Durango steering box and a 160A alt.

Now I have the interior gutted to do new floors and herculine and a new headliner and sound bar relocation.
