Do you have a sound system in your jeep? It looks like you have some pretty big cabling coming from your battery!

I had one in there, not much at the moment. I was starting to compete in my other car but sold it and got out. I still play around a little though. I build custom boxes as well. My Facebook page is Boyd's Custom Boxes if your interested...

Ok so I'm putting the 99+ intake on right now and the washer doesn't want to go on the very back of the intake/exhaust manifold. Are you guys leaving this bolt off or is there a solution?

Ok back on track hopefully! After the intake/header kicked my *** last night I finally got it in and she fired right up!! It seems to be running great other than no cat/muffler/tail pipe Lol. I only let her run for a minute or 2 to look a few things over.

Next I need to order the cat/muffler/tail pipe. Any recommendations on which to go with? I would like to gain the most performance and adding a little sound wont upset me either but performance over sound.

Here's some pics of how she sits right now!

Ok I finished the exhaust yesterday, I went with a Magnaflow Hi-flow cat and Flow-pro muffler. So far im happy with the look and sound but not happy with the performance.

If you havent been following this build I went with a 99+ intake manifold, upgraded injectors with the 4 hole sprayers, APN header, walker downpipe, hi-flow cat and flow pro muffler.

It actually feels like I lost power? Is there anything else I need to do?

Reset your ecu. May take a while for it to adjust to the new injectors

Have you taken it out and really opened it up? From my reading it seems like the real gains are above 3k rpms. I have yet to see any solid numbers from 1k to 3k.

I have not tried this, do I just unhook the battery for a while? Or is there a better way to do it?
