Default The 95 Jeep Build Part 2

Well i've had this jeep for a number of years and have used it well. This isn't my first build thread so if you want to see the early years of this Jeep check out this page https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/95-jeep-build-61253/ .

Here's a quick summery of how I've gotten to this point.


Here's the Jeep when I first spotted it, no idea what I was getting into.


After some paint roof rack baskets and lights I finally got my first lift

At the point where my transmission started to act up and my moter mount snapped I decided I was ready to start my rebuild.

After a few weeks of cleaning everything and waiting on the engine and tranny I was ready for things to go back

k&n intake
jeepers creepers 62mm throttle body

with that i had to pit on a new power steering pump and belt
ive also swapped in a high flow water pump and thermostat housing and removed the ac and charcoal canister

Both axles were sand blasted then i used POR15 with a top coat of tremclad brushed on

dana30 has hd ball joints outer axel tube seals g2 diff cover and all new premium bearing and brakes

chrystler 8.25 g2 diff cover powertrax locker jeep liberty disc conversion with all premium parts and teraflex ebrake cables

sitting at just over 4" of lift im guessing that my rc lift was sagging to almost factory.
