94 XJ aka Randy!!
Well after gettin tons of info from the site and reading half the build threads I suppose I'll start my own.
Started with a stock 94 Country edtion. This Jeep hasn't ever been wheeled just drove from what I could tell. It has some issues with rust and lots of oil leaks but I've got most of them fixed for now.
Here's Randy the day I got him

As soon as I got it I couldn't wait to take it out so I did a little wheelin stock. This is my first jeep rig and it supprised me. But trying to follow 35's thru a rut didn't work out so well.

The nightmare begins. About every bolt on this thing was rusted and broke while I was taking it apart. Total I've got 2 weeks of workin to get the lift on.
Heres some of the lift in progress.

The rear I got a little lucky. All the shock bolts came right out. I had one stubborn front leaf mount bolt that broke the weld nut inside the frame. I had to take the rear seat out and drill a hole in the floor board to get a bolt and nut on it.
Little man helped!

I still have a few things to take care of like the broken bolt in the frame at the crossmember, fix a rusted rear brake line and alignment.
Next up will be SYE, 4.56's front and rear with lunch box locker in the rear.
Next winter I plan to upgrade to long arms and 35's.
This is the best pic I could get from now.

Well I'm not much into doing build threads so I know this thread has been kinda lame so far.
Thought I would update on what my plans are.
I found a Dana 44 out of a old xj with the tow package. The rear axle is already set up with 4.10's and a locker so I'm going to throw that in as soon as i can get some money for a ring and pinion for the front.
Hope to get started on fabing some bumpers, sliders and a exo cage, although the cage will most likely be a winter project.
Stay tuned I hope to make this build a little more interesting within the next few weeks.

I did get to take the jeep out on it's first adventure after the lift and tires. managed to snap a u joint and the outer shaft on the driver side of the dana 30. I've upgraded to the bigger spicer joints and shafts out of a 98 xj.
