Ya I've been debating whether to use shackles or the add a leafs in the back or to even just wait and save up for a bigger lift. But lookin at yours seems like a good size. And btw those ducks are gonna be able to handle the tigers lol

lol. and honestly in my opinion, get a 3 inch lift. they are so cheap. you dont have to do a sye. its practically just bolt on. and with any more than a 3 31" tires wont look good so you will need 33's which if you go with 33's i would strongly suggest going to 4.56 gears. because 3.55's is what i have and i'm guessing what you have wont turn 33's too well... with a 2 inch lift, 31x10.5's and 3.55 gears i get 12 MPG. with 33's ouch... maybe 10-12 if your lucky.

well i made up my mind about a winch, due to the price, and the fact that i am going to rarely use this winch: maybe once a year, i have chosen this winch.
http://www.harborfreight.com/12000-l...ake-68142.html
From what i have been told they hold up actually reasonably well for $400 bucks. it comes with a warranty and i will spending a little extra for the extended warranty. any opinions/suggestions?
Now i know the saying you get what you pay for. but i dont need something that will hold up to constant use, because i'm simply not going to use it that much.

Interesting... I'm brand orientated and would just save up the extra money for a Warn, but that's just me. Like you said though, you're only going to use it once or twice a year so sounds like a good choice!
