Not much work done last week since I was busy at work so I fab the free air intake to save place for the 2nd battery and installed incab winch switch and other switches for rock lights, fog lights and roof lights in the future.
Here is a winch switch

I made the battery holder using 1/8" metal plate that bolted to the stock air box location and then the battery tray (auto zone) bolt that metal plate. I also relocated the regulator box.

Most definately nice work man, especially for doing first time fab work. A question though, How much hood clearance do you have with the air intake like that??

i would work something out with that intake.
your intake temps are going to destroy power and lower gas mileage

Ya that is for sure. I was reading a thread yesterday where a guy ran the intake up through the cowl vents. This isnt the exact thread but its pretty much the same mod https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f58/my...l-build-48445/ Its pretty much an invisible snorkel.

That exactly what I want to do next. Pop the vent near by the intake and if it doesn't work out well I will extend the intake futher to the stock battery.

Cleanest cut and fold I've seen on this site yet! Excellent work! I can't wait to see it lifted.

I also testing dual MF 1050 DC pump and 11 gal air tank. The result is 5 minutes to fill 120PSI in 11 gal tank. I will order all the required fitting and others electrical stuff to complete this OBA project.

This is 4.5" full leaf spring with lower arm drop kit. I decided to go with shortarm for now while research and will build the longarm in the future and you can see the different between the two. The x member will be built soon too.
