PO repainted it himself. no clear-coat and did a crappy prep work job. I have spots all over where the paint has just come off(trees helped but still). Its an UGLY color. When I finally chop the top and get all my body work done I'm gonna repaint it dark red(original color ) and then black trim and a dark yellow for springs and such. look at a coral snake and you'll see what my Jeep is eventually gonna look like

Thanks dude means alot that you're giving me props. Its a work in progress, up to this point I'm just focused on doing fluid changes and such to make sure she'll run happy for a good long time. Hopefully in the spring is when the real fun will begin.

I'll go take some for you two tomorrow. most of the progress I've made on the Jeep since then hasn't been exterior or even picture worthy. I got a plastic tub in the back with a floor jack, various tools, tow strap and other stuff that is useful along with a sleeping bag. Have my hi-lift and spare 31 tucked in back there too.

Man, I feel spoiled... I work for a tire place at the current moment, so I have access to an actual full service garage.. lol..
But definitely nice rig! Props to you for tackling the work yourself! Nothings better than saying that you did the work!!!!

Here's to working in the street! I worked on my trucks in a dorm parking lot for the longest time. Good thing about that was all the cute girls would stop by to see what I was up to!
Your Jeep is looking great, btw. It makes me want to get outside and do more things to mine!
