What PVC insert you using? Also have you checked to see if they will fit not recentered? IIRC they will rub the rear leaf spring if you haven't moved them.

TWF PVC inserts. You and I were talking about the thickness of the ones you cracked. These are easily 5/8 to 7/8 thick. The rear will mount up just fine without being recentered. I've already tried that. It's the front that's the issue. I could redo my steering and then they would clear but that's not gonna happen. Instead I am going to run 2" spacers for the time being. This will give me a 5" BS which is the maximum BS I can run without the wheel coming in contact with the steering. It should also push the outside lip of the wheel far enough out to protect my hubs.

I definitely want to. Harlan is only 4.5 hours from me. I've got a truck I can borrow to tow it so now all I have to do is locate a trailer. For now I drive this thing to all the trails which is why I went with the Baja radials. I'm hoping to get some decent wear out of them. Once a truck and trailer are permanently available I will be ditching these tires and heading towards 39s. Tire and wheel are yet to be determined but I'm thinking a 17" wheel and a sticky tire(Red labels or Maxxis Crawlers)

I am. Everything has come to a stop here lately because of a bunch of traveling I've been doing. I'm hoping in February to start back on all of the open projects I have.

Finally got some wrench time in last night after not touching the jeep in almost 3 months. I only did some general maintenance to get it ready for this upcoming weekend. I changed the oil and then drained the rear diff. From the time I swapped in these axles, the rear has been one pain in the *** when it comes to sealing. First it was a hub seal that went, then a pinion, and now both axle flanges. I pulled the cover and drained the oil. It wasn't the prettiest of sights. When I had the rear re-welded, I hurried through putting the diff cover on and didnt clean out the welding splatter. The gears still look good and the bearings still seem tight but man there was a ton of very very fine metal shavings. I'm gonna let it keep rolling until it finally lets go and in which case I will go to a 14 bolt rear or a D60 out of an E350 so I dont have to drill for 35 spline shafts.
After cleaning out the diff I sealed it back up and proceeded to the axle flanges. Pulled the driver side, cleaned the mating surfaces and got it sealed with RTV this time. I also cleaned up the wheel. I must say that engine degreaser works wonders when removing gear oil. While I had the wheel off I installed a 2" spacer. I've had these laying around for months but never found the time do install them. My front axle is 69" WMS to WMS and the rear, being out of a D300 dually, was 65" WMS to WMS. These spacers will bring me to equal track width front and rear.
I still have to get the passenger axle flange done today and then I'll get pics up.

Oh, one other thing. I sold the 37s, PVC inserts and H1 wheels. I had a terrible time keeping them sealed. I got tired of being frustrated so I offed them for right about what I had in them. Now I'm just saving for 17" wheels and new tires. I'm done buying used.
