Got some more work done last night with the help of Will(DesertFox1023). Here's what got accomplished:

Removed stock brake booster and master cylinder
Installed double diaphragm booster
Mocked up the Dodge 1 ton master cylinder to check for clearance issues(wont clear the stock air box so will have to figure out what to do with that but it does just barely clear the hood)
Drilled the front brake lines for 7/16" banjo bolts
Rolled the front axle under and centered it
Mocked up radius arms to see where the mounts will be placed
Started stripping down the arms to get ready to be cut and welded to 2" .25" wall square tubing

Pics show the MC just above the fender line but it does clear the hood. Also shows that axle at what would be its ride height with the body.

haha you and me both. I've emailed Barnes4wd to see if I can work out an exchange of the 3/4" joints for 7/8" ones. Hopefully I'll hear back sometime today.

So I just sent the 3/4" heim joints for the steering back to Barnes 4wd. Ran into an issue last night that a 5/8" bolt is too small for the knuckles because they are set up for Chevy 1 ton TREs. They are working with me and will let me exchange them for 7/8" joints and all I will have to do is pay the difference in the price. Their customer service has been great so far. I recommend them to anyone needing fabrication parts/joints.

Yes. They will be cut down and then have 2" square tubing welded to make the arm. The only thing that will be left of the stock arm is just the c clamps.

They will be straight. The 38s and wheels I have now will make them rub. My plan is to recenter some H1s wheels with 3-3.5" back spacing and 37s. Those should clear fine.

My track width is also 69" so it's gonna be wide! But I'm totally cool with it.

Got quite a bit of work done last night. Stiffeners are welded up, tacked the radius arm brackets to the frame, tacked up the radius arms, changed the rear brake calipers, made the correct length pushrod bolt for the 3500 master cylinder, welded up the rear diff, and sealed the cover. I'm still waiting on the 7/8" joints from Barnes so that I can do the steering. Hopefully Friday it will be sitting on its own weight. Big thanks to Will for helping out last night again. Pics are in no particular order.
