And, with having this thing dropped off at the shop on Monday, I will then have everything coming off for sale in hopes to recoup some of the swap costs. The list includes:

HP30
D44
Rock Krawler 3 link
ZJ steering
5 33/12.5 BFG AT w/ wheels

Loaded up and headed to shop. First thing was to pull the 33's to be solid this weekend and threw on some spare 28's that where laying around the shop. Then headed out to the parking lot so have a little fun before I left the jeep at the shop.

I have pics of everything but can anyone explain why they are always uploading sideways?

Last night I made some angle brackets to level the lower coil buckets and then headed to the shop to mock up the arms with the buckets. First we set the caster to where it will need to be for proper steering. From there I bolted on the c bushings and arms and then the 3/4" brackets that are being used to move the coil buckets in 1.5" so that they are centered with the upper buckets on the jeep. It's hard to see but the angled brackets worked out great.

Headed out tomorrow to pick up a spare set of front chromoly shafts, some Yukon super joints, and a full set of skyjacker nitro shocks. Everything got delayed at the shop this week because a back halfed cj came in and was on a rushed schedule so it took priority. Should have both axles under it this week

Geez...give me a little time to sleep before I make an update haha.

So here's what has happened...

Last night the 30/44 were both pulled. The steering and all front suspension came out as well. The frame was stripped down for the frame stiffeners. Mounted the D60 and installed new brake pads. With the 2+ Ruff Stuff perches I stretched the rear 2 inches. Because the 60 has such a larger pinion, the stock drive shaft as about 1/4" too short when the axle is at full droop. I will probably run it as is for a short time while I find a good shop to lengthen and balance it for me. Pics in next post.

Very Nice, Did you cycle the rear to see if the diff will clear the Gas Tank?

No but it will. It's about 5" away from it when at full droop. But, if for some reason I run into an issue with it, I'll just move the axle forward an inch
