Shoot...for $400, I may take a trip up there and snag it haha. I haven't done much wheeling over the past few months because my classes are getting very involved. Homework and tests are taking up majority of my time. I did get a few rescue calls from guys around the campus area being stuck. So, the only "wheeling" I've done lately are just those recovery missions haha
Sorry for hijack. I havent even wheeled my Jeep in Uwharrie yet or anywhere but sinking in mud in my yard lol. Love your 2 door bro.

Haha it runs and drives. I didnt see any rust holes in the floor. Only problem is lost title and in NC its easy to get. And its got a skyjacker lift on it looks like. It is pretty nice for a 91.

FYI Ive done the disk swap on a few XJs now. For the 8.25 or D44 rear which you have you will have to enlarge the tube hole on the backplate using a grinder or something. All the mount holes line up properly however. For the D44 you will need to get a set of TJ rubicon bearing retainer plates. You can order these at any dealership. Or you can look into the teraflex disc kit which includes the plates aswell. you may be able to buy just the plates from teraflex. Lemme know if and when you decide to do the conversion, ill lend a hand.

Well it's spring break so that means I'm working on the Jeep. I got the passenger half door all welded up Sunday. Monday I worked on my uncles rig. Got new steering and a rear locker installed there. Then today I started the bondo work on the passenger door, made the arm rests for the driver door, and did the head light wiring harness upgrade.

Sweet man. Question though... how do you open the half doors? I don't see any handles?

That's where the secret lies....haha
I modified the stock latch for a push rod that will stick up through a hole drilled in top of the rear of the door. It's really simple

Also, I saw your thread on it earlier today haha. I hope everything in here answers your questions but if any arise that you can't figure out, give me a shout on here and I'll gladly help ya. There's a lot of stuff that I've done (mostly smalls) that I don't/haven't documented here.

So I've grown tired of all the road noise that comes along with removing the carpet. So today I went to the local junk yard and found some half way decent carpet in an old two door on the lot. It's got some stains but I've given it a good cleaning, and some floor mats will also help. Also while I was there, I snagged a center console out of a 98 so I can have CUP HOLDERS!! Well, cup holders that aren't in the way of the ebrake. I got everything I need to do the complete swap including the ebrake mechanism. Oh and did I mention all of this only cost me $50? Not bad I don't think.
Also, on a tangent, there are a ****ton of 2 doors at this junkyard. I'd say they have roughly 12 XJs and of those 7-8 are 2 doors.
Anyways, pics of everything will come once installed. Hopefully tomorrow if weather permits.
