After a little break got back to the jeep. Finished the brackets and mocked it up underneath the heep, took all the measurements and installed lift and the track bar.

With the front all tacked in I got started on the back. It took some heat to loosen up the spring bolts.

The rear axle was nothing compared to the front, so with both axles under the jeep I just had to see what it would look like with the tires installed.

Well had to make truss on the front axle because the axle vent hole is right where the driver side upper control arm has to be welded. Go figure

Well pulled the axles for final welding. Measured everything twice, my buddy brought over his muscle mig welder and we went to town on those axles. Just hope all the angles are correct heh.

Bought the rebuild kit for the gearbox and jumped right in. While it was all torn down I drilled & taped it for hydro assist. The rebuild wasn't as bad as I thought went pretty smoothly. But that might change after reinstall and I'll really find out if it was done correctly.
