Default 89 MJ & 01 XJ conversion

Well I picked up a 89 Comanche body is good and straight picked up from a local JY. Bought it for 300 bucks 4cyl 5spd 2wd truck has a bench seat 300k on the body. I have a 01 Cherokee that my buddy had but he rolled it over and I bought that from him for 300 bucks as well. But I've already taken the engine out of the Mj now I'm going to pressure wash the engine bay and prep it for paint it then next I'm going to gut the interior out of the Mj to get ready to transfer the Xj's interior over. I plan on running about 3 to 4.5" lift on the MJ when done with 33's or 35 not sure yet. I will post pics when I get home of the progress I have done so far. Some interior pieces from the Xj and the Mj will be for sale you need anything just let me know.

Wow, looks great.

I have a 90 Cherokee 4x4 sitting in the yard along with an 86 Comanche (front end damage) that I want to do exactly this with. Interior looks great in there already.

Now if only I had a garage to work in...

Hey I don't have a garage either but the weather has been great here so I'm just doing it a little at a time to keep myself busy. But I know its going to be a little challenging with the interior swap
